ABOLISH THE ATF

The ATF must be abolished, and the National Firearms Act (NFA) repealed. The ATF ranks among the most notorious of the rogue government agencies. Worse, it is tasked with overseeing a Constitutional right—the Second Amendment—but repeatedly violates it without consequence. Reforming the ATF is not a solution; it is beyond reform. The goal should be its complete dismantling.

New leadership is not the answer because leadership can be changed. Or influenced.

The A and the T are just protection of draconian tax revenue streams. Repeal those taxes then no need for A & T. The F is unconstitutional by 2nd and 10th Amendments. As for the E, well, one could argue that E is something protected by the 2A, but in any event, any E used in crimes or terror attacks can be addressed by HSI or FBI.
