Ordering and Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or order changes may be done only if a cancellation request is received prior to shipment. Typically shipment occurs within 2 to 4 business days. Cancellations or order changes cannot be done if your order has shipped.

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and other major credit cards and PayPal.

What currency is the site in?

We accept in US$.


Shipping 

Products are shipped from two locations depending on the item. You may receive your order in two separate shipments.

We ship to North America, Germany, and Israel.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is calculated during checkout after you enter your shipping address; you will be able to review the shipping charges before placing your order. 

How long will shipping take?

 It depends on the destination and the type of order.

Please note: Once the package leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible for working with the carrier.

VAT is charged where applicable.


Tracking Orders

When will my order be shipped?

Your items will be processed and shipped within three to four business days of the order date.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link.

How do I track my order?

Please use the tracking number and link provided in the confirmation email you received.

Please note: Once the package leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible for working with the carrier.

Returns/Refund/Exchange Policy

All our items are unique and/or made to order. We carefully fulfill all orders to ensure that no defective or damaged item is shipped to you. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

Please email contact@Stay-Armed.com for issues with your order. 

Return shipping costs for exchange or return are at the customer's expense.

Authorized return items must be in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way, in the original packaging with any original tags attached.

We do not accept returns for items received as gifts or offer refunds or replacements for them.

Authorized return credit will go back to the original purchase source.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size is sent.

We are not responsible if shipping details, size, or color were input incorrectly and we will not offer replacement or refund.

Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged product are required.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Items received as gifts are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Once we receive your package and confirm that it is in the original, undamaged condition, we will refund you within seven business days. We will email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
